A. Any dues paying USBC / GBUSBC bowler in good standing with USBC and GBUSBC
B. Bowled 60 games or more in a GBUSBC (USBC certified) League during the current winter season.
C. 1st and 2nd Team members will be selected by Highest Average.
D. Should a tie exist, tie breakers will be used in the following order:
1st. Highest Avg with decimal points used as tie breaker.
E. Only Averages Bowled in the Greater Birmingham USBC, Inc. will be used . 
F.  Seniors that achieve Open and Women All City team will not be counted on Senior All City team.
